splash page need

Need a nice, clean, professional looking splash page with may be pictures poping in and out. Something to make it cool to look at. Dont want a boring splash page that only has text and "coming soon" displayed. We work in the nightlife industry with large nightclubs. Want it to be eye catching. Want this splash page to help keep clients remembering our website until our company is ready to upload a new website. I will need the person who designs this site to also upload to our hosting site. We would like to have a count down clock to help let others know when we will be up and running with new website.... have the clock count backwards from amount of days and hours before site is up. Possible ideas: Music in the background.....flashing lights like you see in nightclubs, pictures poping into the screen or pictures going across the screen.
