Develop Magneto Extension (Using Existing API)

I am in need of someone who can develop a Magneto extension for me. I currently have a web application and have extended it by providing a Wordpress plugin, but I would like to go even further and support Magneto. There is hardly any front-end development involved, and it is mostly back-end processing and interaction with our web app's API. This work requires sending images to the API.
