AjaxIM customization

Looking for someone to customize AjaxIM. Along with this integration, I'm looking for a few extras, such as: - private buddy (peer to peer) chats - room creation - chatrooms for different groups/user groups - public chats for the board - popout chat (can be use any jquery plugins window) - when disconnect, send chat message as IM (offline msg) - download chat history, send chat history to IM - on chat bar just need accepted contact list - all online public users section in real time include guest users. - Login / Register (I have php login class also ajaxim support bridge to own db while install) many features already supported in new version but needs to be customize as my requirement.
