Counting workdays in a jQuery calendar

Hello, I found the calendar script on code canyon... it appears the calendar runs off of a PHP script. I would write a PHP script to determine the number of days to display, using an AJAX call via jQuery to get it. That way, as events are added, the number would update as well.
