cscart professinal programmer multivendor

I require to configure cscart - and need t0 consult some professionals who can also program custom templates views / modules etc. What I require is a vendor based system, ( obviously we have in multivendor ) but when you click on the vendor it takes you to a vendors page with all their products with in their own categories. listed on the page. this will be similar to [login to view URL] layout .
