Add items to OsCommerce from competitor's site

My store is not unique, there are a ton selling the same products. Problem is, there are alot of products. I would like a program to grab all products/images/discriptions/price from another oscommerce shop, and add them to my catalog. I can then adjust the price on each item, or delete ones I do not have in stock.
