Automated Yahoo Message Board Poster - Revised

I want an automated Yahoo Message boards poster. I envision an excel spread sheet (csv format) with the with the message board ID and the message to be posted along with a time variable to post multiple responses listed in the same spread sheet. Goal of this script/program is to emulate a message board dialogue and not blast a message board with postings. I have many yahoo ids available for use.
I am techincal and can run php/python script. Lets get this done quickly. The sooner you do it the sooner you get paid.

can you a little elaborate if you have checked on yahoo...does yahoo have some sdk or you just wanna get it done with msg boards id and your script on your server. thanks. I am sure to do this.
