Project is for Cha-Lang, www.chalang.com. Project will be to apply a percent of closed listings to members account. There are 2 programs to customize, Auto Mall [login to view URL] and Real Estate, realestate.chalang.com. Programs allow member to create a listing to sell/rent their property. Customizations required for project. Contacts - Replies to listings should be handled via an online form. Contact email address should not be given. Preferrably form should check for email address/phone numbers to not be included inside the contact. Request to Purchase - A request to purchase the item. Requires membership to request to purchase. Listing will remain active until a request to purchase has been accepted from the seller. Percentage Applied to account. Percentage applied will be decided by the admin and admin should have abaility to edit the percentage applied. Percent will be applied after the seller has accepted a request to purchase. Project will begin May 10.
