Complete my auction website

I need someone to complete my website. I just don't have much time to finish it or even start it. Check the website at [login to view URL] It is basically an auction website for ready made websites and scripts. It will also allow for other providers to ask for job requests just like here. What I need are the following 1. Admin Area (must be easy to use and have a CMS) 2. Members area 3. Search facility (for selling and job requests) 4. Posting of products 5. Seller must be able to choose several buyers at the same time 6. Job Requests is similar to getafreelancer 7. Signup section with email confirmation 8. Integration with Paypal. 9. A good website design etc. Please disregard the contents of the website i gave but concentrate on the functionality i wanted.
