The database is for a costumer, who wants to collect information about quarterly updates of geographic data. The database allready exists in a first version, which I did with PHPMaker. But this programming is not object oriented and the costumer needs some additional features. So I would like to do the complete database new, based on the existing database structure and logic.
So this project includes:
- Re-Programming of the old database application (again with passwort security, simple user right management, export to excel, search function, filter refining, but object oriented)
- Programming of some reports (e.g. differences between the data of choosen quarters, counting of results, simple statistics etc.)
- expansion of the database with additional kinds of data, which have to be linked to the existing entries.
I know, it is very heavy to bid on this description, but I can not describe every detail here. Please bid the maximum price for such a project and later we qualify the price when you exactly know everything about the work to do.

Hi . I am an independent contractor and with my friend we have been able to work and deliver the same kind of project. This project was done using PHP5 and symfony framework, mysql and ofcourse the html and dhtml. The project covered areas like database refactoring from old schema to new one, generating of reports to be displayed in the browser(avg,%, total) and also sending the reports to CSV files.
