bbPress Forum : AdSense Deployment

I have a bbPress forum that needs a few tweaks. 1. To remove current hardcoded AdSense from the site. 2. Deploy Google AdSense plugin which I have and modify it to also add AdSense after every 4th post. Needs too work retrospectively and in all future threads. 3. For weblinked pics that are greater than 600px wide, to have a horizontal scroll bar added automatically. Currently, oversize pics break the site design. 4. Currently have a polls plugin operating but in IE, the poll form is obscured by the users avatar but OK in firefox. Need that fixed. 5. Restore post shading. In bbPress standard installation, every consecutive post is shaded. Somewhere along the line, that's been lost and need it back again. Only bids accompanied with PM's either asking for clarification or explaining why I should grant them the project will be accepted.
