A clone of Teespring site and all its current functionalities in wordpress site - open to bidding

I'd like to have a WordPress theme that can do everything [login to view URL] does. Basically a clone of that website's functionalists and as close to their design also as possible. It includes everything it has now, HTML5 t-shirt designer, sales page, sizing info, payment system/shopping cart that supports PayPal with possibility to change currency.
