Component for credit card processing

Dear GAF professionals : I need an API for credit card processing over Paypal and few other popular gateways : This API will be integrated to an ASP.Net (2.0) page. When user clicks on any buy now button, he/she will be redirected to payment page of this site. (Not to Paypal's) They will pay with their credit card without leaving from the site. But the money will be sent to site owner's paypal account. You can see a similar project on http://www[dot]dotnetcharge[dot]com/ site. This is really so complicated component that support over 40+ gateways. I just need Paypal and few other (3-4 more) popular gateway support. APIs will be used only for a site. For example if an API is registered for [login to view URL], it will work only on this site. We are more familiar to .NET technologies, so if you are a .NET developer you are more lucky. But any other developers are welcome. If it works, there is no problem for us ! Please bid if you are really understood the issue, and if you are really sure that you can do it.
