Simple Automation (Web Scraping) -- URGENT

Okay, here's the deal. I'm swamped with work and need help getting one project underway.
It is essentially a web scraping software project.
We need to be able to use this software for years to come, so please build it on stable, ever-lasting technologies and extremely scalable.
The biggest delay time is the slowness of the server we'll be working with -- requests take some time for response. However, that's no excuse for this software to be poorly written or slow in its own right.
I put together a quick video that shows you exactly what I need. Please do not bid unless you have watched the entire thing. At the end of the video I specify exactly what technologies are acceptable and in what preference.

**IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT TIME**
This is an urgent project. There are two parts. I need PART TWO (the most detailed) completed within the next 48 to 72 hours. Preference is given to someone who can deliver faster than that. I wrote my first version of part two in under 2 hours... So I know you can do it, too.
Part one can be delivered later -- anytime over the next 10 days.
** This project should be extremely easy for someone who knows what they're doing. The hardest part will be dealing with the session cookie. The most tedious part will be structuring the data extraction from the company detail page with its variable dynamic HTML codes before and after fields. **
