Creation of CD Jacket (front and back)

This is an easy job for a talented artist.? I need a cd jacket created (front and back).? Needs to be 13 cm x 13 cm. Attached is a handdrawing of what I want it to look like.? I want to front to resemble the Goodfellas dvd cover (black and gold).? The bottom of the front would have money bags (attached) instead of the dead body.?
