Convert images/photos to Simple Outline Drawings

I manufacture cards which require cut lines on them which follow the outline of images or portraits. The lines need to be distinct (no shading) / complete (no breaks) and which begin and end either on another line or back on themselves. Simplicity is the art here whilst still retaining the likeness of the image or the portrait. I have attached a master image and a line drawn of that image to give you a clearer idea of what it is I require. This is on-going work. I have also attached an image that you may convert to an outline drawing like the example provided. Please submit your outline work of this photo (man in hat) as a simple out line art image. Example of your work with attached photo (man in hat) must be provided with your bid so I can see the quality of your work. Remember, simpler is better in this case! Please make your bid cost per image.
