Hi,

I have really NO idea on the cost but i am on a budget.... I would like a video and it can loop ... Essentially i want "after effects" of a city that looks demolished by a nuclear strike.... with 'moving' clouds and 'lighting strikes'... it can be modeled after this video... The video can loop so it doesnt need to be hours of original footage... it can be 5 minutes worth....

However, i would like the beginning to show a regular city prior to a nuclear strike...

Then show the nuclear strike, the destruction...

And then the city with clouds.... lightening, fire etc....
