Alter some Images

Hello, Overview: We require an image retoucher to edit raw product photographs for a women's fashion ecommerce website. Our current designer is able to edit 4 products an hour and each product has 4 separate shots, totals 16 images per hour. We expect the retoucher to match the speed and quality. These photos will include both still life and also studio shots on a model. You'll be provided with a full brief instructing you exactly how to edit and crop photos. Attached are guidelines as well as a reference shot, please refer to this for skin colour, skin tone etc. Application: If you would like to apply for the position, please edit the attached photos as per the below instructions and send them back to us. The winner will be paid for their time. As a test, I would like to give you just one set of 4 images for 1 product. This should take approx 20 minutes for the first time and then we'd expect you are able to do 4 images per 15 minutes after that. The end result should be a high quality image that where everything is perfect, including face, hair, and skintone down to the feet and hands.
