I need someone who can come up with a collage of dust explosions (made by Photoshop brushes) and color "paint splashes/splatters" (downloaded already from a royalty-free stock site). I have the imagery, and I know how to use the tools. I just need the designer's eye to combine them in a great illustration to look like a "blast" of powdered and liquid/cream makeup. Thanks!
