Change Background to Transparent for 146 Products Images

I have about 146 products images with non-transparent backgrounds (mostly white). I need the background for all of them removed (change to transparent). If you have read this, and know how to do the job, include in your quotes that which file format for the result images would support transparent backgrounds.
Note 1: The images are available in a Wordpress/WooCommerce website, so you need to be familiar with woocommerce to get the files from there. I have the admin info for the website.
Note 2: I need the result file to be clean, which means: no whitish background should remain at the edge of the products, and the edges should be smooth.
Note 3: The result will be a zip folder including 146 files with transparent backgrounds.
I'm not sure which tool you will use, but I guess if you are good in photoshop, with the ability to use pen tool to create smooth selections, this job is suitable for you .
