Change some words in a scanned document (pdf format)

There are two scanned documents that I want to change some words in them. The files are in pdf format. File 1: Instead of "MSc in Advanced Matter and Energy Physics, University of Amsterdam" I need to say: "MSc in Meteorology, Physical Oceanography and Climate (MPOC), Utrecht University". (Top left of the page.) File 2: Instead of "in the field of Advanced Matter and Energy Physics." I need to say: "in the field of Meteorology, Physical Oceanography and Climate." (Middle of the page.) It should be a fairly easy job for someone with Photoshop knowledge.
