Create PSD of Desired Design for Use as Wordpress Theme

I have found a wordpress theme that I like, but the problem is, I want some things arranged differently, so I need to either find a new theme, or get this one designed and then give the psd to a coder and have them code it. So can you check out the attachments and let me know if this is something you can do and want to do? It's a little confusing, so I made some videos to explain it.
