Hello, I have a 3d printer and modelling skills, so it will be no problem to prepare your pieces. Do you want two sets of 27 pieces, with a label or picture etched on them to show if its a truth or dare piece? Please specify if you have a particular vision of the set and I will take it into account. In order to make the set look good I'll sand and file each piece to give it a smooth feel, and maybe paint or spray them if it will improve their looks. I can produce the 3D CAD for the project, fabricate the parts for the set, and ship to your location using DHL. Included in my bid is production of the pieces using Selective Laser Sintering on an Industrial Machine. The pieces would be made from Nylon, which will be strong enough to last a near infinite "Jenga-ings". They would be finished and dyed to a suitable color. Shipping to your location will be arranged. Part of the consideration must be that most 3D Printing technologies would create a part with a surface finish far too coarse to function as a Jenga piece. Put simply, it may be a very short game of Jenga. I would ensure that the pieces meet or exceed the surface RA of an actual Jenga set, as to eliminate this issue. All I require is exactly what text or images are required on each piece. Production of CAD can be completed within hours, and fabrication of parts overnight. Finishing and dyeing may be an additional day. The remainder of the lead time is in Shipping the parts to the US.
