Hi there, This is Bogdan from Romania. I'm a mechanical engineer, designer, modeler and inventor with over 15y experience in designing, modeling and effective manufacturing of different products, devices and systems which spans across multiple industries. From what I understood from your sketches is something like a vertical axis wind turbine, except it work in reverse - a system(motor) make the turbine (saucer) to spin and that creates an air jet which....? You have to sized properly the turbine and its support (the bearings) and also to take in consideration the lifting force created because the pressure under the rotor. Changing the blade's angle and also the profile shouldn't be a big issue, but it is, due the way it has to joit with the hub. It will be my pleasure to work on your project - as long as you'll let me know what is about and obviously if you'll award it to me. Based on your input (drawings/sketches/indications, etc) I will make a primal model. On this model you'll ask for adjustments/modifications/changes until the desired outcome is reached. Once the model finished and aproved, I'll deliver you the model in different CAD formats (iges, step, sat, stl - for 3D printing), 3D pdf so you'll be able to see the model in the regular AcrobatReader, and detailed execution drawings.
