I'm clearly new to this site, however have operated as a consultant for various industries at various stages of operations for over a decade.
From start-up and SME, to multinational entities and governments.
The strength of successful business documentation is not to have a template which is simply repeated from business to business, client to client, as is common place.
It is imperative that documentation is assembled for multiple perspectives; legal and regulatory adherence, insurance requirements, all interactive clients and channels of the business, and most importantly, staff.
I am very familiar with Doha and the region, in regards to elements of environmental risk.
However it would be a requirement to have detailed information on numerous elements of your company's existing sales model, its location/s, primary and secondary staff, and many many more.
Many important areas I've not listed, that for some consultant templates; are completely neglected.
I have produced hundreds of contingency plans as part of much more comprehensive operations manuals, for a wide range of entities.
I will produce this element of your business documentation for you, in the the format of an online portal. Similar to an intranet. Allowing for all staff to access easily and update as the company grows and adapts. Another important element many overlook.
