Android application that: 1. Allows user to dictate information that will populate fields in a specific report of a third party ems reporting system. 2. Allow the user to photograph items with the phone that will attach to a specific rerport within a third party ems reporting system. The application should: 1. Be password protected. 2. Very quick to open and quick/easy to use. 3. Allow for scalability for future enhancements. 4. Allow for use with multiple existing third party electronic reporting systems. 5. Accurately populate text data fields in third party electronic reporting systems by allowing user to either state full names/words or spell them if they are likely to be mispelled by the program. ## Deliverables Accuracy, speed and ease of use, and security are key in this application. Field workers in the Emergency Medical Industry will be using this application in lieu of typing in information on reports and manually attaching files to the same reports. If its not all of the above things, it won't be useful to them. The application will allow the user to dictate the following in full words or spelled out: Name Date of Birth Address Telephone Number License or Identification Number Social Security Number Health Insurance Provider Insurance Account Number Insurance Group Number Auto Insurance Provider Auto Insurance Account Number Auto Insurance Group Number Pertinent Medical History Current Medications Allergies Narrative The application will allow photos to be attached to third party report seamlessly.
