Hello There, I am just starting here in freelance but through my corporate experience, i can get this job done. As what I understood, you want to someone to do to do following on sequence: 1. Assist you on deliverable by scheduling and maintaining documentation for each milestone 2. Join calls to create minutes of the meeting to ensure everyone has an action item 3. Put accountability on people involved. Let me know if i understood your requirement correctly. I have 2 monitors here where i look simultaneously to ensure that i am entering the right information. It is proven that having 2 monitors boosts productivity and therefore makes you a satisfied client. Lastly, I worked with VPs and Managers doing multimillion dollar projects so this will be an easy task for me for a cheaper price. Hope we can discuss further. Regards, Mike

A lawyer with a technical/scientific background . I have been working with GMGC for over four years. In my present role as Associate ( Legal & IP ), I have extensively and independently handled trademark, copyright, Patent filing and prosecution including violation and counterfeiting matters with regard to trademarks.  From the past six years, I haves been involved in various activities in promoting intellectual property. I am an enthusiast when it comes to due diligence activities related to intellectual property & technology transfer. I primarily focus on drafting commercial & transactional agreements for business, conducting prior art searches for inventors and holding discussions with inventors on various nitty-gritty’s of intellectual property rights. I also advises on matters related to trademark, plant variety protection & biodiversity laws. I endeavor to ensure that intellectual properties are explored to its fullest and valued as best by way of policy making & creating valuation models. After completing M.Sc. Biotechnology from University of Pune(MS, India), I joined Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur to study LL.B.(Honors in IPR ). I enjoy reading blogs and keep myself abreast with the latest in Legal & intellectual property rights through continuous interactions with eminent personalities in this field of expertise.
