Completion detailed cell biology article

I have written a detailed article on cell biology after completing laboratory experimental work. Cells were grown in culture and then analysed using microscopy, histology and biochemistry techniques. Different culture methods were used. one culture method resulted in a much greater yield of cells and matrix compared to static conditions. All the experimental data and results are documented. I need somebody to expand the discussion section after reading through the intro, methods and results. I need at least 18 pages of discussion. I have only 5 at present. Knowledge of cell cultures, description of matrix and cells in histological terms, and general background of medicine would be required.
