Build Stock Market Backtesting Environment in Python

I want to backtest trading strategies in a stock market simulation environment. I have already coded such an environment in Matlab, but I am finding myself limited by lack of access to the software. I would like to re-create this software in python. I know exactly what needs to be done I just don't have the time to do it. I have already mapped out how I want the tool to work. I am willing to pay for milestone achievements. The first milestone is a parser that can read .csv files of stock data and save a group of them into database that can be organized and quickly loaded into memory. Required: - Intermediate to advanced python skills - Good coding habits (comments, modularity, etc)
