I need a python script that runs permanently and performs these actions:
1.-Check if there's new incoming messages in a POP3 account.
2.-Ir so, get the BODY (not attachment) that contains an XML (if it's not XML format, disregard it)
3.-Get the fields about time/date, id, and message from the XML
4.-Decode the message field (a hex number) only if this field is 9 byte long if not, don't decode it, use it as is
5.-Get the information from this field (via mathematical operations)
6.-Build the URL "[login to view URL]:" with extracted parameters. and post it
7.-Mark the message/s as read/delete it/them depending on a parameter
8.-Wait until next cycle
