Designing a Personality Test for Campus Recruitment (Non-IT)

Hi All, We are looking for developing a personality test for graduates and post graduates that can be used to recruit them in various companies at varied profiles. The test should not take more than half an hour, should be objective and easily interpreted by our inhouse staff.
