Create simple old man cute caricature from initial sketch

I need a caricature developed for my website. currently it looks like the attached file. please review the attached file. If you cannot see the attached file, please tell me in PM. I will attach the file again to a PM. please do not make the new one look exactly like the old however I like the general direction of the old watch jeweler, senior person that is nice looking, and perhaps even slightly fun I would expect the character to be developed in black-and-white and then final colors assigned. you might even have an existing library of caricatures or old men that can be modified to fit this.
