i take my time to make sure i got the right features for the 3D model. i carefully place the right amount of lighting when there needs to be a nighttime rendering. i also look for the right color combination, cause if the colors combinations are in the right harmony it wont be a bother for the human eyes. i also try to add the right type of landscaping, if the person has a picture of the area where the house might be build i can project it in that area. I try and make sure the rendering is as realistic as it can be.
