Article Content Writer Needed - 10 Articles

BACKGROUND I am looking to hire a reliable, fast and experienced descriptive article content writer for my long term and frequent long-tail domain name development projects. Since I work full time and attend college at night throughout the week, my writing time is extremely limited and is no longer conducive to my schedule. I am NOT looking for a website designer. Currently on my development schedule are four keyword rich domain names that I immediately want to develop into mini-sites and will require keyword rich content. The service provider selected for this project will choose ONE subject area from the broad subject areas listed below. I have no preference to what order these websites will be completed, so I will test your ability to meet my requirements with one set of articles for any one of the below listed subject areas chosen. I will provide the related specific keyword rich long-tail domain name under separate cover to the selected service provider. I will assure you that the keyword specific domain names descriptively relate to these subject areas, so there should be no confusion on the individual article content. SUBJECT AREA Computer Network Security (Risks) Breast Cancer (Chemotherapy, Chemotherapy Drugs used, and Side-Effects) Pleural Mesothelioma (Asbestos related lung cancer) Foreclosures (Specifically in the Houston, Texas area) PROJECT SPECIFICS I need 10 unique articles with keyword content appropriate titles that must compliment the specific keyword rich domain name based on the subject areas shown above. Each article will become a titled page on the developed mini-site. Each article will contain a minimum of 400 words and written into at least three (3) easy to read and follow paragraphs. Each article will contain keywords or keyword phrases commensurate with the specific domain. I do not want keyword saturated articles or articles that do not compliment the specific domain name. Basic SEO protocol (2.5 – 3.5%) should be used. Service providers that have written articles for domain name developers before will understand the importance of this specific concern. Deadline for completion of these 10 articles is 10 days from project award. Service providers that can beat this deadline will receive a favorable consideration of your bid proposal. Once the service provider is selected and the specific topic is chosen, I will provide the exact domain name. Prior to starting the actual writing process for each article, the selected service provider will provide me with a list of the 10 article titles that will be written about for my approval. I want to ensure that the articles remain commensurate with the focus of my mini-site. I would like to review this proposed list within 24 hours of contract award. SERVICE PROVIDER REQUIREMENTS: Service provider should have a thorough understanding of at least one aforementioned subject areas or capable of adequately researching them. Service provider agrees that all article ownership is transferred to me and will not be sold, reproduced, or re-used in any other manner whatsoever. If I wanted PLR articles I would simply get them. However, I want unique content. Service providers with a feedback score below 9.5 need not bid on this project. If you failed to satisfy a previous customer, then you will not satisfy me. New service providers will be strongly considered. I am extremely open to awarding this project as well as subsequent projects to service providers that are new to Freelancer.com. I believe everyone deserves a chance. Service provider must be trustworthy, reliable, and easy to contact and able to communicate with me via email. Trustworthiness and reliability will be determined by a thorough review of previous feedback. Should a service provider without feedback provide a bid proposal, I will scrutinize these requirements using your bid proposal, the writing sample required and question and answer communications prior to selection. Service provider must be fluent in the English language. Native speakers are preferred, but not required if service provider can articulate a strong comprehension of the English language. Service provider must provide a sample of their writing as an attachment of at least 50 words. The topic is Blue. When reviewing a bid, I am looking for your qualifications as a writer. An easy indicator of writing skills that I will use to decide a service provider will be how the bid proposal is worded. I will immediately disregard any service provider bid that misspells a word within his/her sample or bid, provides a “cut and paste” bid, or a bid that responds with a simple “try me”. My time is important and I will only entertain bids that demonstrate a service provider’s sincerity and commitment to their work. Please do not inundate me with links to websites or generic fluff. Service provider will complete required research on the topic area chosen and produce 10 unique, error-free, grammatically correct, non-plagiarized articles capable of passing Copyscape and meet basic SEO protocol. I desire to receive a minimum of 1 article per day. PAYMENT I will pay $3.00 for each quality 400 word article (10 articles = $30.00 total) for this project. Payment will not be made if the article fails to pass Copyscape, is received with multiple spelling or grammatical errors, or exceeds basic SEO protocol. I will however allow the selected service provider an opportunity to correct any article not meeting these requirements.
