Business Reaserch Paper

i attached the research project and the approved base article that i need to use. i just wanted to clarify a few things in the requirements: 1) new variables should be created that effect the appraisal outcome in the article 2) a new problem area and hypothesis statements should be created based on that 3) the rest of the requirements should be made based on the new problem area and hypothesis statements If there is anything that is not clear please let me know. Overall the paper should look like the article i attached. The page numbers is reduced to 10 pages and academic articles should be used for the references.
