Build a panel (recruit users to take part) in India

I require somebody to research and telephone sale people in India, speak to them on the phone and ask them to take part in a monthly survey, I need you to recruit just 250 people to take part in survey. You would need to identify suitable companies and make a phone call, explain the nature of the panel (this will be explained to you) and then convince them to take part. Once they have agreed you need to enter their contact details into our on-line administration web site. Minimum details required will be: name, city, company size, company type, email address and telephone number. The initial target is 250 people in India– this task would suit somebody from India or who lives in India. I am willing to pay $1 for every person entered, payment will be made on completion of the first 125 and then the second 125, alternatively if you wish I can pay the full amount on completion. Ideally people recruited would be from large companies with 500+ employees. There is also a possibility of this turning into a monthly project where you can collect responses to the survey from a pool of people. This will be paid at $200USD per month (every month).
