Bulk Email- Send out for me 40k emails- to INBOX!

Hello, I have a database of collected subscribers for a few of my websites. Now I want to send out newsletter to them. I need only serious offers of guys who did similar project in the past. HIGH INBOX RATE (gmail, hotmail, yahoo- from there are most of my customers accounts) is REQUIRED. If emails will go to spam then I will not pay. Also for 1st time I will be able to pay up to 30$. If services will be professional then surely we will have a long cooperation. Once again: Bid only if you have serious server and can send bulk marketing where emails go to inbox, not to spam ! Before hiring I will require a short test (sample email send to me). regards
