Back Links Needed (PR 4+)

Description

Looking for someone who can do some link building. I do not need any robots.

I will provide you my keyword phrases and URLs to be used. I would rather get a few strong links versus a bunch of lower PR links. (If I see some ranking from these, I will be back to order a lot more)

Terms of job:

ABSOLUTELY NO BLACKHAT/GREYHAT/SPAM METHODS, ONLY WHITE HAT.

Search Engine guidelines must be followed and in no way should be compromised.

* Only links from US based sites.

* Link page must already be indexed and accessible via a [url removed, login to view] date range search.

* Backlinks must be on pages relevant to our website's content, ie vacation/travel/cruising/location (what I mean by location is for instance if the link was for a webpage about Miami vacation condos, any Miami related page would be fine).

* All backlinks must be DO FOLLOW at [url removed, login to view], META and rel tag. .ALL links will be checked.

* PageRank of PR4 or above is for page that has the backlink - not the homepage or any other page on the site.

* No more than 20 external links per page.

* No more than 1 link per domain

* Links from websites that already contain a link to our site will not be counted.

* Unique class C IP with differing information

* No use of automated software or bots.

* No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, etc.

* No banned, under construction, coming soon, paid traffic, link farms, link exchange programs, and web rings.

* No sites which ask for any sort of payment at a later date.

* No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. NO SPAMMING

* Irrelevant/copied Blog comments count as spam.

* All links must be ONE WAY non-reciprocal links from websites.

* Links must be static HTML links. Including the target keywords I provide in anchor text.

* Links must be permanent, active, never expiring.

* We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.

You will need to provide me with the following information before payment is made:

* Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink)

* Site Name

* Site Type

* IP address

* Date placed

If you are serious about this project, please send some related url examples where links will be coming from, and that fulfil the criteria set above. Please also know that if this project works out successfully, we have more work available. We prefer to build long term relationships with trusted and knowledgeable people.
