Hello there, I'm looking for someone to build a niche website using wordpress that will earn over $5 US dollars a day I will be able to get the domain and hosting no problem but all you need to do is create the niche i will design logo and get hosting. Site MUST adhere to the following : - Use a Wordpress elegant theme ( I can provide this) - Contain unique content with at least 50 unique posts/articles - Must be original and SEO optimised with keywords used frequently - Must earn $5+ per day for one month - Any niche except adult, medicine, pharmacy, hate, illegal, violence, gambling & not acceptable sites. MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TOS 100% - All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing - Must contain related images to niche topic - Design must be neat and optimised to attract people to click on the ads - Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites) - Must Be Adsense optimized - Please no Black hat techniques only white hat only. this is very important I will pay the amount of bid only AFTER I see constant income in my adsense account and the traffic source in my analytics account. I will hold the payment for 20 days until this has been confirmed. No partial payments - sorry! When conditions have been met successfully, you will be paid in full.
