Create and implemenent a Marketing Strategy for a mobile app launch

Howdy,
I’m a sole founder of a soon to be app startup (currently in development phase). I’m looking for a temporary CMT/CMO contractor for 2 months ($5K/month + ad budget) that can formulate and implement a marketing strategy in order to achieve one sole purpose: grow and retain user base for my soon to be app (android).
This strategy should include:
- Advertisement: Google, Facebook, Reddit…
- Buzz: Strategic tech blog outreach, Social Media , Content marketing…
- Growth Hacks: SAO, SEO, feedback analytics, email marketing, email list, website traffic/optimization, tangible measurements, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization
- Betalist
- Target Marketing: Geo specific marketing, Android communities
- Customer support and feedback assessment
- Monetization strategies
Requirement:
- U.S resident (remote ok, but needs to be in the U.S)
- Full time devotion to the job for a minimum of two months.
- Experience in the above mentioned fields (preferably in a startup or in the mobile space)
- Self-starter, flexible and a fast learner with an entrepreneurial spirit who can get things done
- Tech savvy with knowledge of all tricks and tips in the marketing/digital space that allows for fast and efficient execution
- Strategic and smart thinker who knows how to differentiate his/her approach from the mass.
- Great teammate, a perserverer with who’s willing to go to any length to get desired results.
