Develop (or customize an existing) Accounts Receiveable application which can export payments information (payments on the invoices) to be imported into QuickBooks Enterprise 2012 (Wholesale and Manufacturing Edition): We do not need the customer information to be imported into QB: Only the payments as sales revenue transactions that are deposited to a bank account.
The payment transaction file for import to QB can be an Excel file, but it should be formatted to be readily importable into QuickBooks Enterprise 2012.
Strongly prefer that this be developed using DB Toolkit, which is a WordPress plugin that enables you to build additional Content Management Structures and Database Applications right into your website.
DOCUMENTS needed as part of the application:
Payments: When we import these into QB, they will be imported as deposits to our BofA account: These can go into a single bank account in the application: BofA. When these are imported into QB, they do not need to refer to a customer, and could instead be generic "Sales Revenue" or a subcategory of "Sales Revenue" - I would prefer it like this.
Of the two above, we only need to import Payments to Quickbooks - not the invoices. If it's not necessary to import any customer info to QB, we would prefer it that way. If it's necessary to import a customer name to QB for your purposes, please make it so that they can be imported to QB as a single customer name.
