Change character set encoding in SQL database

Hi,

I am looking for someone who can fix the error in ZenCart and SQL database on my brothers website.

The problem is that Zencart is encoded to UTF-8 character set and the SQL database is still at Latin-1.

The problem seems to have come from upgrading to Zencart 1.5.1 which uses UTF-8 encoding, whereas previous versions (upgraded from 1.3.9) was user specified - in this case Latin-1.

I would need current SQL database and Zencart to be backed up (and sent to me) in case if something goes wrong so we can revert back.

I need this done by 2:00 PM today, 20/02/2014 DST Australian time
