Hi, This project is very interesting as I am currently working on a similar solution for another local client. I am a software developer from Ireland and I am mainly focused on database solutions for small businesses in my area but I am slowly branching out. The client I mentioned use my Access application on site (multi-user) and each day, delivery data will be uploaded to a MySQL database on a web server, which also hosts a small web app, allowing the delivery drivers to mark deliveries as delivered at a certain time, etc. I think we could work out a very good solution for you quite quickly if you would like to discuss a little more over chat. Aside from obviously seeing some of your (redacted) data, it would be great if you had SSH access to your web server and woocommerce MySQL database.
