I need the attached crystal form customized. Currently the check form prints the check in the top part of a three stub check and the payment information in the middle stub. I now need that the crystal form prints the exact same information which is currently does on the middle stub on the lower stub. (a copy pretty much) The check template is normal letter size (11"x 8.5") The first part (Check) is from 0-3.5" The middle stub is from 3.5"-7" The lower stub is from 7"-11" Please use some margin for the information printed on the lower stub (same margins as the middle stub uses currently is fine)
