Very simple for someone with the right knowledge, create reports in an already existing database in Oracle Application Express. Ill pay by the hour and due to the work being done on a server it will have to be done via a remote connection from my pc. Message me for further info, but to cap it all off, create few reports, explain to me what and how you are doing it and that's it. you have to have experience in APEX
