Create and generate pay per sale advertising relationships for Legal Highs websites

We are after someone who can get us pay per sale relationships with a ton of websites for two legal highs websites we own - [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We will need to be advised how all this works as it's a new area for us, but we are happy to pay a fixed amount per sale or percentage. As long as it's profitable for us we are happy. We'd like to be generating a minimum of 100 orders a month which should equal around 10,000 visitors at 1% conversion ratio.
