3D OPTIMIZE THE PLACEMENT OF “TIRES” ON A METAL PALLET
- Program must be done in C # (C Sharp)- With the given dimensions of tires, and pallet dimensions, the program must calculate the ideal configuration of pallet (tire) optimization.(put as many tires as possible on the pallet)
See the example in the picture:
- To optimize program special care must be taken on the parameter Robot_Z determinists
who gave the tires can really placed on the pallet or the robot went directly to the metal pallet collision
Program in addition to the optimal method how should be sorted tires, must give an order in which tires have to place. This order should contain the following information:
a. Sequential number of tires
b. Coordinates x,y,z, and the angle of alpha center of each tire.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Graphic presentation must be done in 3D, with the ability to move and observe the final pallet. Like the ability to be imported 3D model of car tire.
- There must be a possibility of simulation of setting up the tires, one by one, on a pallet.
- To have the possibility for user program that may require that tires are installed only horizontally, or only vertically, or mix.
- If they are set up vertically, a user can set up the height at the point where the bars are separating the 2 layers of tires.
- Anticipate the possibility that, if there is no bars, on the second layer of tires, can be placed only one line (layer) of tires.
