Data Crawling and Gathering Public Records Part 2

I need some information gathered from a few different public records sites. Namely, wedding registrations in various counties in the US. Counties provide this information as public records and the data is relatively easy to access in some sort of database. I need only a few pieces of information, bride first and last name, groom first and last name and date of application and wedding date. I need the data in an excel spreadsheet with each piece of data separated by column.
