CSS Extraction / Cleaning Up

Hi guys/gals I am helping a friend who wants to us this page as a bit of a template for something they are working on. Obviously they will change colors, content, logos, design elements etc. I would like you to clean up the page so I can give to him to work on. Please pull all relevant css from the css files and put in the head, remove all irrelevant coding, scripts etc, tidy up, delete google references (may mean changing some element names etc) and make ok to use - ie like a clean page that he can start with without unneeded code etc. This is the page to be a template: http://www.google.com/support/+/bin/[login to view URL] Please also include the CSS code for the message boxes on these pages - ie the grey message box and the yellow message box.. http://www.google.com/support/+/bin/[login to view URL] http://www.google.com/support/+/bin/[login to view URL] We would also like the cod for the buttons, 'Next' and 'Save now' from this page extracted as well and included into the template.
