Hi,

I'm not able to get support from the program developer and I need my script installed.

I keep having the message below while trying to install, although I'm 100% sure that I have the function "on":

Your PHP allow_url_fopen directive is turned Off, while it should be On.

Have your system administrator change this for the script to work properly."

The script is encrypted by zend optimizer and I don't know what to do to get it solved.
